All sales are considered final due to health and hygiene regulations. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product’s packaging has been opened or tampered with—unless the item is proven defective upon delivery.

🛠 Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not function properly, please contact us at info@thrustingdildohub.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your case promptly and, once verified, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

⚠️ Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. We cannot process defect claims beyond 14 days after delivery.

2.📦 Return Conditions for Defective Products
If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • We will provide instructions for the return process via email

Items returned without prior approval or outside these terms will not be accepted.

3.❌ Non-Returnable Scenarios
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or worn items (unless proven defective on arrival)
  • Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow product instructions
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance, sale, or custom-made items

4.🕒 Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase may be eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees

After 12 hours, a cancellation request may incur a fee depending on the order status

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may contact us to discuss your options

5.💰 When Will I Receive My Refund?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days and returned to your original payment method. If you don’t see your refund within this time, please contact us.

6.📬 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • A reshipping fee will apply
  • A restocking fee of up to 50% may be charged
